I am a 27 y/o male with a fully furnished (or not) room available for month to month leasing in SE Boise. My girlfriend and I both work full-time and attend graduate school in the evenings. We would like a roommate who is considerate and clean. We do not party and enjoy being active. The room is ideal for a student or young professional who needs a quiet place to recharge.
