Gulf to Bay Boulevard

I have a spare room/bath in an apartment in Clearwater with a view of the Bayside Bridge, off-street parking, a pool, and a small gym.

All new furniture and mattress/boxspring from Macys. A new 43“ Sony Bravia tv is also provided. Broadband Internet with Wi-Fi, Hulu Live, Prime Video, and Netflix is included, as are all other household bills. A housekeeper comes in every other week.

The apartment is on the top floor (of three floors), so it’s quiet. There’s an elevator. And there’s a great view of the Northern shore of Tampa Bay from the living room and balcony.

I design databases professionally. I go into our downtown Tampa offices four afternoons a week and also work from home. I make 2D artworks for fun. I like movies, theater, comedy clubs, and restaurants.

Must be cannabis friendly. No pets, children, or cigarettes (vape okay).
