It is a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom Single Family Home with a resort style community pool, as well as many other facilities (gym, clubhouse, tennis, basketball, etc). It is located around 2.5 miles/7 mins away from Disney University/West Clock/Cast Parking. Walmart, Publix and other stores are also just 5 minutes away.
The house has a fully furnished kitchen with all essentials like ice maker, purified drinking water, double refrigerators, etc.
There will be a security refundable deposit of $700 and a monthly rent payment including all utilities (Internet, Electric, Water& Gas) If you’re interested, please let me know right away and let me give you a tour!
The roommates are all friendly, quiet, decent who mind their own business and keep it to themselves.
