This home is located in a beautiful, quiet, and friendly family neighborhood with numerous restaurants, grocery stores, a gym, etc. in walking distant. The room is roomy enough to fit a queen size bed and dresser inside with its own private bathroom right across from the room. Shared living room, kitchen, and balcony with available parking. Water, electricity, and wifi are split in half with only one roommate.

I am a 27 y/o female who works hybrid full-time. I work during the week and tend to either stay in on the weekends, tour the DMV, or take a trip out of town. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, & listening to music. I’m friendly and also stay to myself. This is a long term lease, 12-24 months (depending on your lease agreement). Water, electricity, and wifi are not included in the rent and is split between me and you (it is not costly).
