Located in walnut creek minutes from downtown and the freeway + 10 minutes from bart. The apartment is in a great location and our balcony faces a creek so its nice to sit out there! Room is available May 1st and the lease ends mid july, however I’m open to renewing the lease if we’re both wanting to! In unit laundry + amenities: pool and hot tub + gym
Usually when I’m home I’m watching tv, crafting or listening to music! I don’t have people over often but don’t mind guests. Huge on communication + cleanliness so I’d love to have a roomate that feels the same!! I’m 4/20 friendlyy and also have a cat!
