We have two rooms opening up in June in our lovely, spacious house in south Boulder. This house is such a gem. It’s got tons of natural light, a sunroom, a large backyard, and a massive basement. Our landlord is generally responsive and helpful, and we have a good relationship. The house is near Table Mesa and Broadway, so it is located close to Tantra Park, NCAR and other hiking trails, and a shopping area (King Soopers, Whole Foods, some restaurants, cafes, yoga, etc).

We’re looking for two clean, professional, and respectful to join our household. There are two of us currently confirmed (more details on us below!). The house is mostly furnished, but we can be flexible if you have furniture for the common area you’d like to contribute. The basement is also very large and could be made into a guest room or home office if needed.

Bedroom information: We have a few different rooms open, some of which have their own bathrooms, and some have a shared bathroom. We haven’t fully decided which rooms are available, but please consider them all and let us know your preferences!

Room #1: Located on the ground floor, shares a ground floor bathroom (w/ bathtub) with Makenzie. Room #2: Located on the ground floor, has a private bathroom in the basement. part to keep the house nice and cozy.
