Hello I have a room for rent with shared bathroom in a gated community with garage parking. If you like to jog this is a great location as it is very close to Miners Ravine trail. 2 minutes from Sierra College, 7 minutes to the Galleria, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Safeway and all kinds of stores. 5 minutes from Folsom Lake.

Utilities are separate from the room rate and are usually about $65 monthly

Vegetarian friendly home. Must love animals.

This is a very safe house and community. It is peaceful and clean. My daughter and I live here. I’m into yoga and jogging. Last renter lived here for over two years. This is a newer house built in 2018.

This is a patio home so that means they were built without backyards.

Refundable deposit is $200

Utilities are separate and not included They would run about $65 dollars or per month. That includes wifi, gas, electric, water, sewer and trash.

Myself, my daughter and our cat. We like to eat vegetarian food, dance and love all things animals. I volunteer with animals and my daughter goes to dance several days a week. I work from home.
