I’m looking for a female roommate (or fem-identifying) to sublease my private room with a shared bathroom starting in June.

Available: June Renting period: June-August 31st (if you want to stay longer, the lease will open back up but with new roommates)

The house is a 3bed/1ba with a backyard, multiple restaurants/gyms/parks/cafes and close to Convoy, and it is located in North Clairemont.

My other housemates are also looking to fill the other two bedrooms (so if you have a group in mind lmk). The landlord prefers someone who is clean, communicative, and respectful of space. The bathroom is shared between all housemates.

We prefer someone who is clean, communicative, and respectful of space. Everyone is understanding, there just has to be communication. The bathroom is shared between all roommates. Co-ed house (3 working ucsd senior undergraduate students).
