Jeremie's room

I have a three bedroom home with a fenced back yard. And partially fenced front. We have a trampoline. The room I’m renting will have full access to the house except our bedrooms. The will have their own private room with two doors you could access. We will have to share the laundry room but the bedroom door will have locks. I currently only have streaming internet from charter. No basic or cable tv. You will have to either stream it or buy an antenna. I can also allow you to use the freezer/refrigerator if you want to have your own. Please feel free to contact me for anymore questions.

I’m recently divorced. I do have three children who live with me half the time other times they are with their mother. We have a dog who is pit bull/boxer mix. He is real friendly dog. My wife will also be living her temporarily until she finds a place for herself. I smoke but outside no smoking in house. No drugs allowed.
