The home is in a quiet gated community less than 5 minutes to downtown. Walking distance to shell energy stadium, bars, restaurants, and a walking/biking trail. The room is on the first floor and has the entire floor to itself. It has its own private restroom and a very large walk in closet.

I am the owner and currently live in the property alone. I am a 34 year old army veteran with a Masters degree from Texas state university. I am self employed and like to keep the house pretty clean. I usually have it professionally cleaned once a month. I have two dogs and I welcome anyone with pets. I like to keep to myself most of the time and will rarely have people over besides the girlfriend though I don’t mind if you do.
