I’m a grad student at Georgia Tech looking for someone to sublease this unit beginning May 1 until July 31 (specific dates negotiable). This house is a triplex split into 3 separate units. You would have no roommate here, only neighbors :) My unit is on the bottom floor and shares a front patio with one of the neighbors. The backyard is shared between all units. The downstairs neighbors are other Georgia Tech students, while upstairs is occupied by a kind middle-aged couple.
