About the room
Lease takeover! This is a room in a house with several other students living here, functionally a dorm type setting. It’s right next to McKay’s Taphouse, and really close to WWU campus as well! The place is quiet, even the road noise outside has never been a real issue for me. It’s a good place to save a little money, and the shared spaces are rarely occupied, for those of you who prefer your privacy! You’d be taking over my lease through Landmark Property Management: it renews in August.
About the roomies
I will be moving out, but the rest of the roommates are students or working people. It’s a great setting, everyone is relaxed and quiet!
