West Montclair Avenue

3 bedroom 2 bath house 1 mile from downtown. Space available is a large basement suite with private bath and back entrance with driveway. Living room and kitchen upstairs with 2 more bedrooms. I live in 1, other is storage / guests. I have an 11 year old dog. Good with other dogs but 2 dogs is a lot so like to avoid if possible. Utilities usually around 150-200
