Jerald's room

I have a furnished in-law apt with a bed & living room plus a private bathroom. French doors open to a private backyard. It is located near the cross streets of Teresita & Foerster in the Miraloma area of the city near city college. Glenn Park, BART & the 280 Freeway. Only street parking is available. Utilities are included in the rent which is $1600 per month with the 1st & last month & security deposit due before moving in. I am a retired man who lives a very quiet life alone in the house above the apt. No smoking on or near the premises and no overnight guests; the upstairs kitchen in the main house is open only to light cooking.The furniture in the pictures do not represent the present furniture in the apt.

There are no other people in the house other than myself. I would prefer an adult working person
