This is a very spacious townhouse of about 1800 sqft. The downstairs has a living room, huge kitchen, cupboard under the stairs, a yoga studio, office and a small library along with a half-bathroom and a washer and dryer unit. Everything downstairs is furnished. Upstairs are 2 rooms and bathrooms.

I am in my early 30s and work from home in tech. I like to cook quite a bit and love to share food. I keep the place clean and neat and would expect other flat mate to pitch in. I am friendly, helpful and easy to live with. I practice yoga, meditation and martial arts.
