Vahid's room

I have decided to rent my second bedroom in my 2-bedroom/1 bathroom condo in the great Uptown neighborhood. I live close to Lawrence and Clark. The apartment is about 750-800 sq.ft. It only has one bathroom, so it will be shared between us. The spare bedroom is now furnished with my items, but I will remove them before your move-in. I do have a desk that I am happy to leave behind if you work from home.

I am an engineer & work in the suburbs of Chicago, Mon - Fri. I also travel for work, but when I am in town, I am mostly in the office during the day. In the evening, I would like to relax, maybe cook or have a glass of wine, and snuggle with my dogs. I have two small dogs. They are super sweet and friendly with people but will not tolerate other dogs/cats. They think they own everything, so they are a little territorial. I am very tidy, organized, polite, quiet, and respectful of boundaries. I don’t listen to loud music. I vacuum, clean, and mop if needed. Living in a clean space makes me very happy, and I am looking for someone with the same values as me. I am a passionate, professional, and kind individual who loves connecting with like-minded people. I hope to connect with my future roommate and develop a friendship.
