Spruce Street

We have one bathroom, one kitchen, basement coin laundry, a dishwasher, internet, and a living room. Everything except for the bedrooms are furnished. We are on federal hill near a bus stop so if you do not have a car there is still transportation. There is one shared parking spot for the apartment and on street parking. We are on the third floor. Internet is included with utilities in the rent. And I have a Roku that I am willing to share.

So I am a baking and pastry chef, there will always be carbs that you are welcome to eat. I cook a lot and come from a big Hispanic family so if you don’t like cooking and like bread and Mexican food I got you. I’m a chill person that won’t make noise so if you want a quiet environment where no one with bother you this would be great for you. If you are a light sleeper just know that I do have an early morning job so at most you will hear me leave for work but that is about it. And I do expect all roommates to help out with bathroom, kitchen, and living room cleaning. I am not a clean freak and I understand that some things happen sometimes but I really do not want to get a rat or roach infestation. And last but not least, if you are a smoker, I don’t care but you cannot smoke in the apartment. That is a rule the landlord has, not me and I do not want to be evicted so please by all means if you are going to smoke just go outside or do it in you car.
