Hello!

My name’s Chris and I’m looking for someone to help takeover a lease with me that’s ending in August (I intend to renew at that time). My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend and his room is available ASAP. Total rent is $2200. I pay $1200 (master bedroom) you’d pay $1000.

The available room is 10ft x 11ft and you’ll have your own 1/2 bath, but shared shower (see pictures). There’s a pool, laundry on site, and water/garbage included. The only extra utilities are internet and PG&E (collectively about $100 a month per person). It’s a pretty average apartment in a safe area (I order from Amazon a lot, never had anything stolen), but if there’s one downside, it’s parking. We have 2 parking passes for the unit (1 assigned, 1 unassigned) and my current roommate and I have just been switching off weekly. Finding uncovered parking can be a challenge at times. I’m quiet, affable, rarely have people over, and work a graveyard shift so most evenings you’ll have the place to yourself. I’m looking for someone similar.
