Unfurnished room in a 2 bed, 1 shared bath apartment. Very close to Downtown Tempe and ASU, walking distance to a lot of public transit. Perfect if you’re a student or employed in Tempe. The furniture pictured in the room is my current roommate’s furniture and will not be there when he moves out.

I am a transwoman, 28 years old with one cat, prefer not to add more pets but I’m open to adding another, lease has a limit of 2 pets per apartment. I work weekends and I tend to be quiet at home.
