It’s a nice house with the master bedroom for rent. It’s a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen, yard, and living room. There’s plenty of street parking and utilities are included. 1200 month to month. It’s located near lots of restaurants and near Occ and not far from the beach or freeways.

There are 3 of us in the house and 3 dogs. Everyone is friendly and respectful and we only ask that you are respectful and considerate too. You can have guest now and then, just please not too often. We keep things fairly quiet at night and just ask of no drugs or smoking in the house. Smoking outside is fine. We sometimes watch movies together in the living room. There’s a balance here of a bohemian but still professional vibe.
