Quiet, clean suburban area. Geographically closer to Lake Mary / Heathrow (same area). Room, ready to move in condition. Sorry no smoking of any kind. Place is not up to 4-legged pet-friendly needs. I ask no major changes to the room due to lack of deposit (decorative pieces can be removed, of course).
Notes:

• Car dependent area.
• It’s not the largest room in the world but can fit a queen bed and small desk (see last pic is of what used to be there as a visual). Bed frame and desk frame available to be set up - just a mattress would be needed.
• Semi-furnished (the two small dressers and tv)
• Own bathroom.
• Will require to rent mailbox for mail (UPS store near by) but packages are fine (like deliveries from Amazon etc..).
• Must be neatish and respectfully clean!
• Must be LGBT friendly (obviously)
• No bugs or weird smells

Just me. Low key (gay, 53) African American male. Keep a neat place. I am not looking for anything “more” but a roomie to expedite/increase my savings plan. My bills are paid, thankfully. I do have a very stressful job so I am a homebody [mostly] and eat healthy (food prep / gym stuff/ early riser to get it all in). No madness. We’ll do a monthly thing. If all goes well and we’re a fit we keep it going - not an issue.
