Quiet, clean suburban area. Vibrant room, ready to move in now. No smoking of any kind. Sadly, NO pets. I ask no changes to the room due to lack of deposit. Will need to rent mailbox for mail but packages are fine (like deliveries from Amazon etc..).

Just me. Quiet. Liberal, low-key gay, African American male. Age 53 (if it matters). Keep a neat place. My bills are paid, thankfully. I am not looking anything but a roomie to expedite/increase my savings plan. Stressful job so I am a homebody mostly. No drama as they say. (if they still say that HA) We’ll do a monthly thing. If all goes well and we’re a fit we keep it going - not an issue.
