Room Info: –Fairfax, Va for $790 a month, plus utilities divided by 4 (additional est ~ $115/mo/person). –You must apply to the property management and be on the lease. –Move in April 1st or later. Can coordinate or prorate. –Renewed year lease will start on May 1st

Room Size: 13’ × 11’ = 143 sq ft., has 1 - 5’ wall closet. Unfurnished.

Primary Bathroom for the room available is in hallway next to room. It is shared with 1 housemate, however they are not here until September. And they generally travel frequently for work. There is also additional half bath.

Location: this is roughly 2 mi from Vienna Metro. In Fairfax City

Dealbreakers:

1. LIVE IN Boyfriends/Girlfriends – NO. NO LIVE IN COUPLES.
2. PETS – NO we can not have pets fulltime. (Fish are ok)
3. Drugs – NO not allowed, including 420. No extremely heavy drinkers. No Smokers. (Social drinker is ok)
4. Must be a US Citizen (nothing against resident aliens, our work requires us to disclose).

House Area: Two story 2,000 sq ft single family home with a finished basement, small front yard and huge backyard, a two car carport, a small storage only shed, a back deck with a grill, and gym equipment and washer dryer in the basement. 3.5 bath / 5 bed room total. We have ample fridge space, with three full fridges. The main room has a HD projector and also 42“ TV.

Storage: We have a small spare room for storage, car port, shelving, additional closet etc. Room for couch if needed. Pantry room for food.

2 driveway spots and 2 spots in front of house. We share or alternate as needed.

Are generally quiet during work week M-F and semi-social on weekends or out and about. 2 housemates are LGBT so be tolerant & respectful of that. Looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, and compatible person. Roomies range 31-41 so anyone 25-44 range is most likely to mesh.

Some like to do exercise and lifting, some like sports NFL, NBA, NCAAF Etc. Some like to go for outdoor walks / hikes. Some like to cook. Occasionally drinks.
