The room is almost the size of a studio apartment by itself. It has 2 closets (including a walk in). Rent is 1795/month. Another option is that the other roommates may swap rooms and one of the smaller rooms with shared bathroom would be available for 1025/ month.

The house is massive and there are many fruit trees in the backyard. We get peaches, pears, various citrus fruits, and even dragonfruit! House is LGBTQ+ friendly and there are cats. Let me know if you would like to tour!

There are 3 roommates currently living here. One is a bartender at a comedy club, one is ex military and in college full time, one is a nanny that loves to cook for everyone on occasion.
