I am living in a 3 unit apartment building with a decent size front, side and back yard that has available parking, amazing neighbors that are on either side of me. A back patio 3 bedroom 2 full baths apartment. The Living room and kitchen will be open to everyone as well as the back patio. The bedroom that is mainly offered is the one decent sized bedroom with a full bath shower/tub, sink and toilet in the bed room ad a l shaped 2 door walkin coset, and if needed for children or anyone else I can have a small bedroom middle room of my apartment available without a private bathroom or a closet. If need be I can provide some furinsh for bedrooms. This location is close to Lexington, Winchester and Richmond area about 10 mins from each and is quiet and beautiful, safe as ever.

I am a Single Mother of three beautiful smart Children who is my world. I am currently in court and dealing with a lot of custody case and separation from a very toxic relationship. ( Promise nothing is going to effect a roommate nor allow my issues to be in someone else life). But I am currently working a huge amount of hours, hopefully add college course this summer for my RN degree. But I am struggling financially on all my bills, children, lawyers, helping my elder parents out and currently have two of my rooms empty. I don’t want to move my kids and I are happy, and feel like its a home and safe. I don’t currrently keep my kids at my place when I get them due to my work shift and school for them. But 6 months to 1 year that will change. I am a shy, caring, flexible, friendly to meet new people, make friends, help someone out, hardworking and educated. I would like to have a roommate that is responsblie, good with kids, has a job, flexible, background check clean or upfront if something would show up and willing to sign a written up contract which can address issues or changes before signing. Willing to understand I truly come and go and periods that I am not present at my apartment and willing to be respectful, helpful on cleaning if needed and help keep on eye on my apartment.
