I have an extra room in my house I’m renting out for 600/ (willing to negotiate) with a walk-in closet and mattress if needed. Im renting it to 1 other man, so the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared. Rent is due on the first of the month. Just clean after yourself and there won’t be issues. I will also make you a copy of the keys. Also, I have a cat thats very friendly. Calm environment we respect privacy there won’t be any issues.
