Mira's room

This is a family house, as I live by myself with my cats, but my mom comes to visit me from overseas occasionally and stays for couple of months. You will be offered a private room and a full bathroom all to yourself and utilities are included. Quiet neighborhood that has access to 695 and it’s 4 mins away from Route 40, It is very close to UMBC and CCBC by car and by bus. Bus stop is 2 mins walking distance from the house. There is a Royal Farms 3 mins away (you can walk to it) and grilled Cheese & Co. next to it. Access to the kitchen is very limited upon request, as it is needed for personal purposes most of the time. You will have your own mini fridge, and a microwave. The room can be unfurnished if preferred. You will also have access to laundry room with washer and drier. There’s also a shared printer. Rent includes utilities including gas heating/cooling, and electricity, but there will be a $25 fee for the internet. There is an E charging point in the garage.

Hi I’m Mira, and this is my owned house that I share with my 3 kitties, we all are very friendly :) my mom comes and stays with me for couple of months during the year and we are not super loud people. I keep it to myself most of the time and I am almost always busy with work/study.
