About the room
Large unfurnished room available in the 1st floor of a 2 floor private house. located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center, banks, shipping center, post office etc..
Tenant has their separate bathroom and shower and will share the fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen, and will be able to park one car. Optionally may share the washer, basement and garage and other available space.
Outdoor space Includes large yards with a comfy BBQ area and fire pit.
Pets are welcome, no indoor smoking, outside smoking is fine
Must be OK with occasional kids and pets who do not live there but do visit from time to time
About the roomies
Male who works from home and looking for a live in roommate to make use of the vacant room on the 1st floor
I am friendly and social and obviously respect those who are less social.
I spend most of the day on the 2nd floor in my office and bedroom where I have my own bathroom and shower. I also spend time outside maintaining the gardens and yards
