About the room
Looking for someone to move into my furnished room in November 1, 2024.Tours available!
I have a room for rent at my condo in Midtown and I am looking for a roommate, preference for a female roommate but open. The living area at the condo will be fully furnished. The room is $1100/mth and the gated parking spot is $100/mth + half of the utilities (gas + power + $35 internet) water is included. The room has a small walk in closet. There is one shared master bathroom and a half bath downstairs.
Looking for long term with 1 year lease tenant but flexible on this. I can provide a link with more pictures of the unit before it was furnished.
No children please. Adults only.
Open to a pet but needs to be discussed.
Gym + community room + junior olympic size pool on site
