About the room
My girlfriend and I are looking to rent out the second bedroom in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Brookline. The room has a walk in closet and own bathroom. It has washer and dryer in the basement, a 10 or 15 minute walk to the nearest green line, and has a small backyard. The rent is $1,450 plus utilities. Looking for a 5/1 move in date.
About the roomies
We’re both grad students! I am a dietetic intern and my girlfriend is an elementary school teacher. We love being outdoors and having friends over occasionally. We are both clean and organized and very lowkey. We have a small dog who is very lovable and friendly.
