John's room

Hello. We have are two males, very easy going laid back guys looking for a third roomate to fill the available room in our 3 bdr apt. The room is the second biggest room in the apartment measuring 13.5X12.5 , it is unfurnished.The other roomate is leaving at the end of June, potentially before.You will have to be put on the lease per the landlord. starting July1.2024 and ending June 30.2025. $1250 a month , first and last will be required, paid to the landlord. The room is big and has 2 closets in it .There are two English Bulldogs both extremely friendly, additional pets have to be discussed . The apartment has 2 floors, the first floor is where everything is . There is a coat closet by the door, huge livingroom good sized bathroom with storage, a massive kitchen with an island that has chairs to eat at,. Great for cooking and having people over, it has a massive amount of cabinet storage. We only use a small portion for our stuff so you will have a lot of room for your things. Right off the kitchen is a laundry room with shelving, very convienent .It has a sliding glass doors to a back deck and fenced in yard with table and chairs as well as a grill out back. Downstairs there is a whole other living area with an entertainment center , a table and 4 chairs, a dart board, punching bag.some workout equiptment down there as well and a storage room that holds a lot of stuff, and another storage area behind the stairs.The dogs are generally kept downstairs during the day because there is brand new hardwool floors on the first floor and the downstairs has tiled flooring and there is more room for them to run around.They come upstairs when people are home because the upstairs living area is carpeted.Utilities are very reasonable , there is no cable just internet because we stream everything and it’s cheaper than having cable. There is plenty of space to incorporate your furniture with ours, 420 friendly,if you smoke cigarrettes it’s no issue you just have to smoke outside. There is parking on the street no resident sticker to worry about which is awesome, you just have to be mindful of street cleaning every week. There is an amazing park right across the street, basketball, swings, skateboarding area, and some other areas. There are two buses right at the end of the street that take you to the orange and green lines. .There is plenty of space on the walls for prints and paintings.The apt is on the first floor of a triple decker, the neighbors are awesome as well as the whole neighborhood, very friendly people. There is no preference for a roommate as far as age, gender, sexual orientation, all are welcome . I know some ads for roommates are only looking for certain people. Not here all are welcome. I work in healthcare and security and will be going back to school soon. The other roomates is a tradesman, and we both generally work first shift, so it’s quiet during the week. House cleaning will be split t It’s a agreat great place, good for having people over . I have more pics of the place that i can send i to nterested parties, the ad only let’s you put so many. The landlord is awesome and very reponsive. As stated the place is huge and a decent price. Don’t hesitate to contact, i will respond quickly.
