The house is in a guarded community in west Summerlin. Has all the amenities, pools, jacuzzi, clubhouse, pickle ball courts. I am a semi retired senior, easy going and not home all the time. We would share gas and electric but water, cable, internet and a once per month house cleaning by professionals, are on me. The room is furnished with a brand new bed, pillows and sheets.
