•$-month sub-lease (April th), +$/mo avg. utilities (solar panels & Power Wall battery help keep electric down) •Room: ft unfurnished room with a mirrored closet (an extra ft). 2 shared bathrooms, one on the top and bottom floors. •House: sqft detached house with garage (advertised as 2-car but in my experience it’s better suited as 1-car with ample storage) and 2-car driveway (easily fits 2). Street parking usually easy to snag •Fairly spacious, open floorplan downstairs (bedrooms upstairs), smart appliances in kitchen/dining room (in-unit W/D, Samsung fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), large couch & TV. Also an extra fridge in the garage! (as well as currently underutilized storage racks) •Owners are a pair of millennial twin brothers who have been super responsive whenever we’ve had issues!
About the roomies
3 males, all between 25/29 years old. one travels a lot one is working in cinema the third one is new to the lease as well.
