Queen City Avenue

Open to short and long term! The house is in Westwood on Queen City Ave. Target, Kroger, and Petsmart on Glenway Ave. are a 2 minute drive away. I have 2 open rooms. I have a spare furnished room downstairs or the entire unfurnished upstairs of my house that is a loft area with a private bedroom and a little den. It would be a shared bathroom. I’ll charge a flat rate for utilities, so that’s included in rent.

I’m an empathetic mental health professional who has a passion for social justice. I love animals and have four - 2 cats and 2 dogs. I don’t mind if you have animals at all, as long as they get along with mine. For me, a good roommate is someone who communicates openly, is considerate of the space and others in the house, and pays rent on time. I’m trying to stay drama and stress free!
