The room is only available April 4th - May 24th. And then available September 1st onward.

This quiet, clean, and secure home offers a furnished bedroom with a private, separate bath and amenities.

The goal is for you to feel safe and comfortable here, a home away from home. LGBT+ friendly. Interns and Traveling Nurses are welcome. LLNL/Sandia Labs and Kaiser Dublin/Livermore are within a 10-minute drive.

This is the place for you if you enjoy sitting in the yard sipping a beverage or eating a meal outside, reading a book, listening to music, or looking at the stars at night. There is also a small seating area on the front porch where you can watch the rabbits, squirrels, and a multitude of birds.

Rent plus utilities includes the following amenities:

• Street parking in front of the house • Access to a washer/dryer • Access to a den with a Smart TV (Netflix Stream) • Wi-Fi • A private sitting area outside the bedroom window, accessed via the backyard • A front porch great for reading, coffee/tea/, etc. • A place for your bike if you use one

Utilities billed separately: PG&E gas/electric; trash pickup; WiFi; water

About the room

The fully carpeted furnished room has a bed with a firm, full mattress with a memory foam topper, a desk with a lamp, cork boards, a side table, shelving, a closet, and curtains and blinds. The private bathroom has a shower/tub, throw rugs, land ots of storage. A small garden, hummingbird feeder, and birdbath/fountain are outside the bedroom window.

The host is always available to discuss concerns or answer questions about the area and is open to showing you around.

The house is shared with a sweet indoor cat that will primarily hide and not bother you. If you’re worried about allergies, anyone who has stayed here has said they never knew she was here because the house is kept very clean. She does not walk on counters or lie on furniture.

Walk to Taqueria, Sushi, Pizza, and Vietnamese. A diverse Downtown is 4 miles away, and many hiking areas and vineyards are within a minute’s drive 1 mile from the main highway, and minutes from the BART train, which runs to goes into San Francisco and the Bay Area. Buses are available within a short walk from the house.

About the housemate: I am a professional woman who works from home, but I will always give you your space. I’m chill, an introvert with extrovert tendencies, athletic, and youthful. I love the outdoors. I am vegan/vegetarian and welcome people of all colors, orientations, and creeds. I am creative and love music, movies, and art. I am always available and open to discussions, questions, and concerns. LLNL interns can provide references regarding the living situation. The Lab is a few miles away.
