This property is simply put amazing. I’m sure you’ll love it. There are a ton of amenities (check photos) and it’s 12 minutes from clematis 7 minutes from the interstate. I work in North Palm I have no problems.

I am currently rooming in the Loft because it is huge. However I will be moving to the Master Suite. 2 rooms available: bedroom 2 en-suite with shared bathroom OR loft. Loft will be $60 cheaper than bedroom as there is no bathroom attached/walk in closet (still huge room though). The loft will not be available until June however the bedroom 2 en-suite is available anytime.

Bedroom en-suite will be $1,000 + shared bills ~$200 = $1,200 per month. En-suite also has 32inch tv hung on wall from when I stayed in the room.

Loft will be $940 + shared bills ~$200 = approx $1,140 per month.

I’m a 24 year old, working in residential property management (meaning I have a literal 2nd family I attend to 6 days a week). When you do see me, it will be in the kitchen prepping my meals or cooking for my girlfriend on my Sundays off. You might hear anime or Fortnite sounds coming from my room but besides that I’m chill and to myself. I am clean…. I am looking for somebodies that are also clean—the non-stock photos are how clean I keep it daily. You’ll be sharing bathroom with the next roommate I find for loft.
