!!! Only looking for someone who can start paying rent in May/early June. !!!! Sunny third floor room plus a den/office available now near east side, I rent out the third room. Its a very old house with old utilities, but all are included with rent. Lake view and walking distance to capital and willy St. There is laundry and storage space in the basement and a porch. There is also a backyard!
