Lucy's room

Guest bedroom located in private home. Almost 4k square feet so very spacious. Gated residential with access to community gym, pool, beach volleyball, outdoor recreation area, covered basketball court, tennis court, soccer field all within walking distance. Backyard view is to lake and there’s is a walking area also. Room has 3 large windows that gave the lake and make for a great view. House is equipped with security cameras.

I live alone with a school age child and 2 cats. We Travel a lot especially during the summer. I work from home currently but he’s in school and activities so we try to keep busy. Would just need someone respectful of home life.
