Details:

• It is 2 bed, 1 bath

• 1st floor apartment that is slightly sunken - meaning you walk down a couple of steps to get to the front door.

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Everything is fully furnished except the bedroom. My current roommate will be taking the couch when she leaves. If you have a couch, feel free to bring it with you.

• Application: $55 fee, ability to pass a background check, and steady income. No deposit!

• Lease is for 1 year: begins June 1st, ends May 31st, 2025

• Internet: $35 a month

• Utilities: Averages around 70-100 total in winter, should go down in the summer months.

• Additional fees like sewage/garbage/admin fees: ~$70-$80 a month ***We split everything two ways so ends up being affordable.

• Plenty of uncovered parking spaces. We have one covered spot we can share

• Community is very quiet and peaceful

• Heating but no A/C. BUT living on the first floor keeps the apartment cool during hot days, so I never felt the need for an A/C when it was super hot.

• The room has a closet and there is additional storage space in the hallway outside the bedrooms. My roommate used it for all her extra stuff and I only keep some linens/household tools in there.

• While pets are technically allowed with a monthly pet fee, I am allergic to cats and dogs. So, no pets. Sorry :( But if you have a pet that doesn’t shed, then it should be alright.

Taking care of household chores is number one on my list–especially since we’re sharing a bathroom.
