Unit: your room is 21 ft x 7.5 ft with 2 windows washer/dryer with unit, large fenced in backyard with shared raised beds for gardening (the yard is shared w/ downstairs tenants who have 2 dogs that are friendly), mostly fully furnished common spaces-no entertainment center or TV in the main room-you’re welcome to bring your own if you like with the understanding it will be shared. Fully stocked kitchen-pots, pans, dishes, utensils, tupperware. You’re welcome to any staples-sugar, flour, etc. Not a scent free household.

Area: walking distance to 2 grocery stores, Arizmendi, a local tavern, restaurants, shopping center with a Target, Home Depot, Emeryville, etc 72 bus is less than a block away running up and down San Pablo, bart is approx a 20min walk in either direction (MacArthur or Ashby)
