Hey there! :) I’m Kira, a 28 year old female working as a caregiver for seniors. My roomie and I parted ways because we have opposite preferences regarding guests. I LOVE having people over, meeting strangers, occasional sleepovers - I just love humans and all that comes with them. Looking for someone who feels the same ❤️ Parties and guests are always more than welcome here. I have plenty of games 😄 My friends and I respect quiet hours; I adjust based on your typical sleep schedule, and invite you if you want that 😜 I never host PARTY parties, but I do like little get togethers with drinks, games, and/or movies. I spend the bulk of my social time out and about. Super into sledding, tubing, beaching, hiking, art, indoor action parks, lots of things!

DETAILS… • Credit check by landlord, needs to be at least 600’s • 880 sq ft total, bedroom is 15ft x 10ft • 1 full shared bathroom, half bath attached to my bedroom • You/your friends are welcome to use my attached bathroom • Main bathroom has a bidet 😏 • Real wood fireplace in living room • 3rd floor • Lay-all-the-way-down reclining couch • 65“ smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services • Smart lights and smart speaker, shower speaker • Heated swimming pool open May-September • Grill available to complex • 2 courtyards with gazebos • Laundry room in every building, quarter operated • Storage closet in apartment and laundry room • Parking lot, always plenty of open spots for us and guests • Bedroom is unfurnished • 420 friendly (not technically allowed here, but people do it anyway) • I only vape weed; my friend smokes it, but he can blow the smoke out of my bedroom window with the door closed if preferred • No smoking cigarettes inside, any vaping inside is fine • No dogs allowed here besides ESA/service dogs, but I could move somewhere else that does allow dogs in the near-ish future. My dream is to have access to a hot tub somehow 😍 Down to find a 3rd/4th roommate to make that happen. • Cleanliness is important to me; not to a crazy level, but generally keeping kitchen counters clean, not leaving the same dirty dishes out for many days, the basics in the common areas • Good chance I’ll get a pet (probably cat) at some point in the future • We can mutually decide how the apartment will be organized; I can move some decor/objects in my room if not wanted in common areas • Rental price has increased by small amounts in the past, on rare occasion. It hasn’t increased in a long time (well over a year), but I can’t absolutely guarantee the price will stay exactly the same over time • 30 days’ notice is required before moving out • Must sign standard roommate contract (I had a roomie in the past who never paid rent, made me nervous)
