Meagan's room

It’s a room in a 3 room unit, essentially the lower half of the landlord’s house finished into a split level. The neighborhood is quiet and reasonably well located to amenities. There is a washer and dryer in unit. The view from the yard is pretty spectacular.

Currently there are 2 of us with large, senior dogs, so it’s preferred for no (more) pets, but if the energies of the animals matched, it could be negotiable. Both dogs have lived with cats previously. We both work in animal care and are quiet in general. The landlord is friendly and helpful, he keeps the unit in good condition. He and his spouse live in the upper half of the house.
