Great location in the heart of East Nashville, walking distance to some resaurants and coffee shops. Small shared bathroom but we have made it work for a year and a half!

LOOKING FOR FULL LEASE TAKEOVER I’m Julia! I’m 27 years old, I’m a store manager on the weekdays and a bartender on the weekends. In my free time (which is not much!) I like to hangout with friends, watch movies and tv, read, play music, cook, and spend as much time as I can with my girlfriend. I’m a pretty tidy, clean, and respectful person so I expect my roommate to be as well. I truly spend little to no time at the house but like to chill on the couch or in my room when I am there. The layout of the place is a little wonky and eccentric but as long as I have running water, electricity, wifi, a place to eat sleep and sit I’m happy! The house looks different than these photos since my old roommate and I have been here, but these give you an idea of the space.
