Crescent Avenue

It’s a carriage house in a nice part of parkside. There’s a narrow driveway with off-street parking. It’s about 10 minutes from the humboldt NFTA station. There’s a back yard and second story porch. The room available is downstairs along with a full bath allowing for some personal privacy. Shared living space upstairs. Big kitchen with a dishwasher. Laundry room is downstairs. Delaware park is a 5 minute walk. Central location in the city making most travel destinations equidistant. The landlord has a no large pets policy (dogs, cats etc.) .

There are three rental units in the larger front house; all of which are occupied by good folks. Myself, I’m a quite clean roommate and like a tidy house and kitchen. I play soccer and rock climb. Mostly keep to myself and not a big partier, but I do have some friends over from time to time for movies or games. It’s a decent hosting spot for small get-togethers. I like to cook and collaborate on meals. I’m a cannabis smoker, but do so respectfully. I’m pretty easy to get along with so I don’t really have any issues with anyone generally. Oh, and I love plants.
