3bedroom 2 bathroom Laundry room inside of the garage

3 bedroom upstairs is available, is furnished with bed , dresser and tv. The bathroom is shared with male(soon to move). Kitchen and living room is shared! NOT PET FRIENDLY PLEASE NO CATS, DOGS, reptiles ETC The rules are

1. No Shoes upstairs on carpet
2. Clean up mess where you make it at
3. Label all food if possible with date so when we do monthly fridge clean out it doesn’t get touched.
4. If tissue etc runs out just replace it same with laundry soap etc etc 5.Overnight guests please just inform the other house members. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY and everything when it comes to your guest.
5. Backyard is the best place to chill and smoke but you must get rid of all cigarette butts etc.
6. Food that is on stove through out the day , anyone is free to take from it.
7. RESPECT IS IMPORTANT
8. If rent is late due to one person not paying they will be responding for the late fee.
9. RENT IS DUE EVERY FIRST OF THE MONTH, anything after the 3rd is considered late !

I’m a 30 year old female, travel a lot for work I’m an insurance adjuster deployed. I love to cook, listen to music and deep clean on Sunday. I AM A CHRISTIAN and that is my faith ,so you may wake up on Sunday hearing gospel music while I’m cleaning before church .
