This sunny tall unfurnished room on the ground floor has a closet, and can fit a queen size bed and dresser. We have two floors, the ground floor and a spacious basement. There is space in the basement if you also need to work remotely! Small kitchen/dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, the apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and two floors. We also have a small gated porch/front patio area. There are many restaurants, cofeeshops, and bars within walking distance. A grocery store 4 blocks away, and a laundromat 3 blocks away (sorry no laundry inside)

Your 2 future roomies are: Lucero or Carmen (she/ they) - 32 year old healthcare worker, Queer Peruvian Femme, tea lover, parent of Serafin, very friendly introvert Ronan (He/Him)- 25 year old introvert working in cyber security. Usually reading, playing guitar, or working in my room when I’m home. Serafin- Small one year old playful puppy who loves of tug of war, and long walks We are both relatively quiet and chill in the house, and are looking for someone similar.
