Amanda's room

This is a 2 bedroom condo $2,400 with everything included except electricity and WIFI. The second bedroom is smaller than mine but I still plan to split everything down the middle to avoid complications. (So rent 1,200 each and then we can split wifi/electric). Please see pictures for reference. There’s free street parking. Just looking for someone until lease up Feb 2025 with the possibility that you can take it over or if it’s going great we can stay. We share the whole space except bedrooms lol

I am a 30 year old working professional. I live in the apartment with my cat that I will most likely be rehoming :( It’s my hope to find someone very laid back, CLEAN, simple, and responsible. The apartment is furnished (except the bedroom) already but I am open to planning how we can make it both ours. I moved in in February of this year so I am still getting use to it. Neighborhood is convenient and chill. I’m from Ohio but have been in MA for about 10 years now. My friends would describe me as loyal, funny and friendly. I really just don’t see the point in living alone right now as I have no children and we all know rent in MA is ridiculous. My hobbies are reading, running, watching tv. I am really simple and looking for someone similar. There might be days I want to chat and there might be days I don’t lol Just someone who understands we share a space, respect each other and most importantly pay our bills on time LOL
