About the room
Looking for someone to take over my lease in Remington! The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The available room is 485/month with a $465 deposit paid to the leaving tenant. Utilities are not included.
The house is spacious and gets a lot of natural light from the sunroom and location. It is close to 83, street parking is usually readily available, and very walkable. It is walking distance to a number of good restaurants and very close the John’s Hopkins, the Baltimore Musuem of Art (BMA), R House, Ottobar, Stony run park and more.
Over the past 2yrs that I’ve lived in the house I have had minimal issues & will miss the area a lot. Some, but not all, of the furniture and decor in the photos will be in the house by showing/move in. About the roomies
There is one male roommate in his 20s who will be staying behind and is currently occupying the smallest of the 3 rooms. He is friendly and respectful.
