Move in date is May 15th, 2026 and rent is $1,175 per roommate plus Electric monthly. Parking, Water, and WiFi are included. Pets negotiatable. The community is gated with a golf course, tennis courts, and a pool right outside of the condo. This is a 2bed 2bath condo where you will have your own recently updated bedroom and bathroom. Your room will have direct access to the front screened in porch overlooking the pool or the lanai in the back of the condo. There are also all new appliances.
