Apartment located on the fourth floor (don’t worry, there’s an elevator) with very nice views and amenities. The apartment complex has a pool which is the perfect place to hang out during the summer.

The apartment is located in the Cornelius Antiquity area, has greenways, a Harris Teeter and some other stores within a couple minutes walking. You will have your own room and bathroom. I pretty much have all the common area furniture, but will be responsible for the furniture in your room.

I’m a quiet guy that works from 9 to 5, so I’m only home during the evenings. I’m an outdoor person, so, I go out a lot during the weekends. I’m pretty easy-going/open-minded, also kinda laid back but pretty friendly. I’m clean and need you to be as well. Worth mentioning that I’m allergic to cat/dog hair, so not an option.
