Hey! My current roommate is moving out at the end of May so I’m looking for someone to fill her room when she moves out :) You will have your own room with a bathroom right across from it. The kitchen and living room are open concept and already furnished (however, I am open to replace some of the furniture). The apartment is very updated and includes a washer and dryer in unit along with valet trash. The complex responds quickly to maintenance requests and concerns and often hosts community events/food trucks for tenants. There’s already one cat living in the apartment so there is room for one more if you have a pet you are bringing with you! The apartment is located in East Charlotte and is within walking distance to a few different places (i.e. a pizza place, a nail salon, a donut shop, a brewery, a library, etc.) and also has easy access to public transportation. I have loved living here and feel it is a cute lil apartment located in a great area!

Hey, I’m Bri! I am a 24 year old dance teacher and I love working with kids :) I have a cat named Johnny who is a sweetheart and loves to meet new people. I am out of the apartment most of the day for work but when I have free time I love to watch TV, cook, paint, and listen to music. I have lived with roommates for since college so I know how to share a space. I like to have a clean common space and am always respectful of the shared space.
